FINALLY!

Okay, so it has been FOREVER since I have created a new post. Our computer was diseased for awhile and I can't seem to find a lot of time during the day to get on the internet. Here's the update on our little family. Josie has become the best big sister in the whole world. She loves Olivia and loves to help feed her, change her diaper and make her smile. She got her first pet, courtesy of the Morton family, a beta fish named Mary (she names everything Mary after her babysitter that she adores). She also started a new dance class that she loves. She gets to perform in two recitals, one at Christmas and one in May. WE CAN'T WAIT!! Pictures will definitely follow!! Olivia can now smile on command and is probably the best baby in the whole world. She only wakes 1-2 times a night and only cries when she's hungry. Jer and I still look at each other every day in disbelief that we are the parents of these two beautiful girls. Chris and Alex got married on August 30th and it was absolutely beautiful. We are so happy for them. Josie was the flower girl, and although we were nervous about her performance, she did a great job. She was so precious in her flower girl dress. Here are a ton of new pictures of the girls and everything else that has been going on for the last 2 months!

REALLY, REALLY Preggers!

So we are now 39 weeks pregnant, and boy does it show!!! Only 5 more days to go!!! WAHOO!Here is my big belly in all its glory. Josie likes to pretend that she is Dr. Terry and puts her scanner from her cash register on my belly to check the baby! She is too funny.

We are also grooming her for a career as a checker. She says "Price check, price check" into the mic when she is playing with her cash register. It is hilarious!! Here she is singing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and cracking herself UP!! The video is a little dark, but it still makes me laugh!

Camp Out

Jer and Josie attempted their very first Camp Out in the backyard on Saturday. Josie was so excited to sleep outside with her Daddy. We got the tent out, her special teddy bear sleeping bag and lantern, roasted s'mores and had a great time. After I went in the house at about 10:00, Jer started our nightly routine of reading her stories and singing her songs to try and get her to go to sleep. After about an hour, she rolled over and said "Dad, can we go in the house and take a nap". She kept thinking that the tree outside of the tent was a Dinosaur, which was pretty upsetting to her. DARNIT!

Stuff

Well, we're now down to 11 days until baby's birth day!! We have been very busy with last minute details, but I think we're finally ready. Josie is getting very excited and has finally agreed to share her old room with the baby. Hopefully that sticks!! Here is what we've been up to for the last couple of weeks:

Josie LOVES to play dress up, here are a few of her creations....

She held her first sparklers on this 4th of July - she called them "sticks" and as soon as one would burn out, she wanted another and another....

Daddy and Papa put together her very first SwingSet over the 4th of July as well. She LOVES to swing!!! We put her pool at the bottom of her slide which she loved as well!! Good job guys!!! (Nice hat Papa)!
